Hello SECOM Customers!
We have scheduled a planned maintenance event for two consecutive nights on August 15th and 16th, 2017. The maintenance will occur during our standard maintenance window time frames which is 12 a.m. – 6 a.m. on both days. This maintenance is expected to affect the majority of our Internet services as well as local, long distance, and Emergency (911) voice services. The service affecting portion will occur at varying intervals throughout this maintenance window, and you should expect your service to be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance.
