If you choose to stay on your current plan, SECOM will honor that plan. If/when you choose to switch to a SECOM plan, you will not be able to switch back to your old ARKVI plan as it will no longer be available.

Your November bill will be a SECOM bill. Billing is processed on the 25th of the month. Customers typically receive their statement around the 1st of the month.


Your bill will be due by the 15th of the month.


SECOM is in the process of moving all ARKVI customers over to our billing system. This includes the auto-draft and ACH payments. Continue to pay your bill as you normally would. SECOM will notify you if any changes need made.

Yes, we are currently located at 402 Santa Fe Ave in La Junta. A drop box is located for customer convenience.


You can continue to pay through the ARKVI on line option. Once the transition is complete, you will be able to pay online at SECOM.net. SECOM offers ACH and EFT auto-pay along with payments made from a checking or savings account, VISA or Mastercard. You can also mail your bill, pay online at SECOM.net or pay in person at our Santa Fe office.

SECOM has a Twitter account and Facebook page that gets updated when service disruptions occur, and posts updates as to the status of the outage.


Phone service is $25/month (plus applicable taxes and fees) with unlimited long distance. Note that this is limited to certain areas – call to see if your area qualifies.


No, you will need to change before May 1, 2016.


SECOM may have service in areas where ARKVI did not. We hope that SECOM’s expanded service will be able to help provide internet access to those without.


A $5 late fee will be added to any accounts from which payment is not received in the office by the 15th. Around the 27th-28th of the month if payment still not received, a $25 reconnect fee will be added and service will be shut off until payment is made.


No, SECOM does not make payment arrangements.


Payments can continue to be made at the ARKVI in Las Animas through the end of the year.
