System Requirements

For a safe and fast online experience, SECOM recommends using the most recent version of your preferred operating system. If you use Windows, we highly recommend running Windows XP or a later version such as Windows Vista or Windows 7. If you use a Mac, we recommend Mac OS X, version 10.3 or later.

For any of our high-speed internet products, you must have a computer with an available 10/100 or 10/100/1000 (gigabit) ethernet port, or a firewall/router with a 10/100 or 10/100/1000 ethernet "WAN" port.
