Who Is SECOM?

SECOM is a wholly owned subsidiary of Southeast Colorado Power Association.  SECOM Strives to be the premier internet and data provider and employer of Southeastern Colorado.

Is there a way to be notified automatically if SECOM is experiencing service interruptions?

Are there any other services I can get from SECOM, like phone service?

Phone service is $25/month (plus applicable taxes and fees) with unlimited long distance.  Note that this is limited to certain areas – call to see if your area qualifies.

What are my billing options with SECOM?

SECOM offers EFT auto-pay along with payments made from a checking or savings account, VISA or Mastercard.  You can also mail your bill, pay online with SmartHub or pay in person.

Does SECOM have any offices where I can drop off my bill in person?

Yes, we are currently located at 27850 Harris Road, La Junta and 658 E Spaulding Ave, Pueblo West.  A night drop box is located at both facilities.

When Can I expect to receive my first bill from SECOM?

Billing is processed on the 25th of each month.  Customers typically receive their statement around the 1st of each month.

When will my bill be due?

Your bill will be due by the 15th of each month

Will there be any late fees if not paid by the 15th of the month?

A late fee in the amount of 10% of the total balance due will be added to any accounts from which payment is not received in the office by the 15th.  Accounts that are past due on the last business day of this month will be subject to service interruption.  A $25.00 reconnect fee will be assessed when services are restored after delinquency.

Are we able to make any kind of payment arrangements?

No, SECOM does not make payment arrangements.
